Charmgar Fringe Skirt

The longer half of Bahar's leather line, cut from the same locally tanned full-grain hide as the Fringe Vest. A wide brass-buckled belt sits low on the hip; below it, hand-cut fringe falls in two uneven panels, split high enough on both sides to walk, dance, and climb without a second thought. No lining, no boning — just a belt and a curtain of leather that moves with every step and catches the low sun the way fabric never does. Bahar cuts the fringe herself, blade by blade, so the density and drop length shift slightly across the width; no two skirts hang exactly alike. Worn over base layers or bare-legged, it takes over where the vest leaves off.
