Nastaran Silk Dress
Nastaran — the wild rose — is a floor-skimming dress cut on the true bias so the silk follows the body and moves with the light. Kaveh keeps the neckline high at the front and open at the back, with a narrow self-tie that lets it be worn loose or drawn in. The silk is a matte crêpe woven near the atelier, dyed a deep pomegranate that shifts toward garnet in low light. There is no lining and no zip — the cut does the work. A dress for evenings, made slowly in Tehran for women who prefer one considered thing to many.
