How long will my order take?
Most pieces ship within two business days from our Munich studio. Delivery is 5–8 business days worldwide, 2–3 with express. Made-to-order pieces take 3–4 weeks.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free over €200, otherwise a flat €24. Express is €54. You can also collect in Munich.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship insured and hand-crated from Munich to almost everywhere. Duties for non-EU destinations are shown at checkout.
What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery. Pieces return in their original crate, unworn and undamaged. One-of-a-kind and made-to-order objects are final sale.
How do I start a return?
From your order page, choose Return or exchange. We email a prepaid label and you drop it off or book a pickup.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 days of the piece arriving back with us, to your original payment method.
Which payment methods do you take?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, and Klarna pay-on-invoice.
Is paying on your site secure?
Yes — payments are encrypted and processed by a PCI-compliant provider. We never store full card numbers.
Can I get an invoice with VAT?
Every order includes a VAT invoice. Add your VAT ID at checkout for EU reverse-charge.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped, write to us right away and we'll do our best. Once it's crated, it's on its way.
How do I care for my piece?
Each object ships with a care note. As a rule: spot clean textiles, keep work out of direct sun, dust wood and brass with a dry cloth.
