Sahar Rostami
Sahar grows pistachios on the same land outside Kerman her family has farmed for three generations, in the province that produces the finest pistachios grown anywhere. She hand-sorts every harvest for size and shell-split before any of it is roasted or ground, and stone-grinds the butter in small batches so the oil never separates and the roast never turns bitter. Her pistachios reach the EU through a certified, screened exporter.
